Village Appraisal
The forum is currently working on a Village Appraisal questionnaire
that will be distributed to approximately 800 homes. This questionnaire
is supported by the North Area Regeneration Partnership and is an
excellent tool to demonstrate local voice and opinion on the issues
that matter to residents, and enable communities to plan how these
issues can be resolved.
The results of the questionnaire will be used to determine the forums projects and priorities.
Preparation
Prior to the conclusion of the appraisal process the forum are already involved in some preparatory work. This involves seeking agreement from various landowners for the possible future improvement of open space within the area. We are also collecting and commissioning ecological surveys to ensure that any improvement of our open space will not be detrimental to its flora and fauna.
